V10 RADIO-CONTROLLED
Intelligent infrared passive motion sensor, useful range 7 m, for
installation with BIPTRONIC armoured doors.
A led mounted below the lens indicates the sensor is working.
The recognition code (transmission code) is programmed with 10
dipswitches, and the sensor can be assigned to either of the two
zones into which the alarm system is divided.
The sensor is powered by a single 3.6V AA lithium battery.

WORKING
The V10 motion sensor detects motion of
persons (or thermally similar bodies) in the
area delimited by its fi eld of view.
In case of a signifi cant detection, the sensor
broadcasts a coded alarm request signal,
confi rmed by two fl ashes of the led G.
After broadcasting the alarm request signal, the
sensor deactivates for one minute (PAUSE)
before returning to normal operation.
The led G is usually switched off during the PAUSE.
If the sensor detects a signifi cant motion during the minute-long
pause, it resets the pause timer to the beginning of the minute.
When battery power is low (but still with a reasonable margin
before exhaustion and therefore sensor deactivation) the led G
fl ashes continuously every two seconds to indicate low charge and
notify the user that the battery needs replacement.
