4. COlOCAçAO FORA DE SERVlçO E ARMAZENAGEM
Ao retirar a talha, verificar se
nào esté
aplicada nenhuma carga e se a corrente de
elevaçàc
tem uma
folga suficiente para saltar a carga do gancho.
É recomendado armazenar a talha na postçào suspensa, para evitar emaranhar a corrente. O local de
armazenagem deve ser seco e protegido das intempéries. Antes de arrumar, escovar a corrente e
lubrifica-la com oleo de màquina.
5. CORRENTE OE ElEVAçi\O
Para a segurança da talha, é primordial utillzar apenas correntes de elevaçào com as dimens6es
adequadas segundo ISO grade 80, DIN 5684 grade
a
ou equivalentes.
O
bom estado dà corrente de elevaçào é uma garantla para a segurança e o funcionamento da talha.
É
indispensével cutdar
constantemente do bom estado da corrente, Hmpa-la e lubrifica-la regularmente
com 61eo de méqulna.
A corrente de elevaçào deve ser examinada diariamente por pessoal competente, durante a utilizaçào
do aparelho.
Nào expor a corrente a temperaturas excessivas, nem a produtos abrasivos ou qufmicos.
A substituiçào da corrente de elevaçào

a substituiçào da corrente de elevaçào, sera dedicado um cuidado particular à poslçào do cadernal e

6. MANUTENçi\O
A talha TRALlFT'"' nào requer a intervençào de um especialista para a manutençào.
Periodicamente, em particular depols de um uso intensivo, lubrificar as partes mecànicas. Os discos
de

nunca devem receber lubrificante, mas ser conservados Iimpos e secos.
Conservar as correntes de

e de manobra limpando-as e
tubriftcando-as
regularmente.
Em cada
utilizaçào,
verificar o bom
estado
e o fecho total da Iingueta dogancho de carga e do gancho
de suspenséo.
No caso de danos, enviar a talha à oficina de reparaçào autorizada pela TRACTEL. Periodicamente,
pelo menos urna vez por ano, e segundo os regulamentos europeus de segurança, a talha deve ser
controlada e testada em carga por pessoal de manutençào autorizado.

GENERAl WARNINGS

This manual must be read and understood prior to any installation or operation of the
TRALlFT® manuaì chain hoist and must be kept available tor any user to consult.
2- Never use a hoist which le not in good working order. Replace the load chain i1 it shows signs
of wear. For safety reasons, It is important to regularly check the condlfion of the hoist,
its chain and the catches of the hooks.

its consent. Specifically in the case of replacement of originai parts by parts other than those
supplied or recommended by TRACTEL.

The hoists described in this manual are for lifting purposes only and must not be used
for pulling. NEVER use TRALlF"f® for the lifting or transport of personnel.
5- Only use the hoist in a vertlcal piane and never use horizontally or at an angle to the load.
The hoist must not be used to drag the load,

The indicated capacity of the hoist, as stated on the metal label, ls for an individuai
operation. Where more than one hoist is used to Iift a load it is essential to ensure
that the load is spread evenly between each holst and that at no time is any hoist loaded
beyond its nominai capacity.

The hoist must never be motorised.
BR Do not work or stand under a suspended load.
9- Do not use any device to exert a greater force on the hand chain other than that which can
be applied manually.
10- Do not use the load chain to sling the load.
11- NEVER exceed the nominai capacity of the hcist stated on the metallabel.
IMPORTANT: lf the equipment described in this manual is supplied to an employed person,
check that you meet your obligations with respect to safety at work requlatlons.
