To grease the Recirculating ball bearing spindle:
1. Calculate the load comparison factor f
the aid of the formula for combined loads
(è 12 Technical data) and determine the lub­
ricating interval S

2. Grease the EGC at the relubrication opening
(lubrication nipple) aA.
3. Move the slide the complete travel distance
during lubrication in order to distribute the
grease evenly inside.
To grease the Bearing guide (not possible for EGC-...-GP/GQ):
1. Calculate the load comparison factor f
the aid of the formula for combined loads
(è 12 Technical data) and determine the lub­
rication interval S

2. Grease the bearing guide on both sides at all
relubrication openings (lubrication holes) aC.
3. Move the slide the complete travel distance
during lubrication in order to distribute the
grease evenly inside.
