Remedy
Observe permissible coupling spacings
(è Assembly instructions of the motor mounting kit).
Fit the EGC free of tension (evenness of the bearing surface:
è 5 Installation).
Align the EGC so that it is exactly parallel to the second axis.
Grease the EGC (è 8 Maintenance and care).
Modify travel speed.
Change the regulator parameters.
Send EGC to Festo for repair.
Check mounting of motor mounting kit (è Assembly in­
structions of the motor mounting kit).
Reduce mass of the effective load/travel speed.
Observe max. screw-in depth
(è 5.1.2 Installing the effective load).
