OPERATION:
When the contacts of the master switch (FR1)
are closed, current fl ows in both circuits. The
transformer (TM) connected to two phases of the
power circuit via the two-pole fuse-carrier (F3-
F4), lowers voltage powering the auxiliary circuit
from 400/230 volt to 24 volt. In this way, 400/230
line voltage is supplied only to the control unit
motor supply circuit.
The pump is rotated by the electric motor when
the contacts of the contactor (KP) are closed
by the closing the contacts of the <ascent>
(PS) or <descent> (PD) push-buttons. Closure
of the <ascent> button contacts simultaneously
energises the <ascent> solenoid (EV1) of the
<ascent> hydraulic solenoid-valve. Closure of
the <descent> button contacts simultaneously
energises the <descent> solenoid (EV2) of the
<descent> hydraulic solenoid-valve, and the
solenoid (EV1) of the pneumatic solenoid-valve
which releases the safety hook.
The auxiliary control circuit is disabled when the
contacts of the mushroom-shaped emergency
button (FR1) are opened by the operator, thus
preventing any movement In this way, power is
cut to both the auxiliary circuit and the motor (MP)
To put the system back into operation, you must
release the mushroom head push-button and
reset the thermal breaker (FR1).
