10 YEARS OF METROPIZZA

Vine por primera vez a la isla blanca en 1993... Todavía
me recuerdo de mi juventud hippie...

En aquella época todo era más pequeño... más normal...

menos caótico... sólo más simple. Me recuerdo de que
había una única pizzería conocida como tal; se llamaba

Bella Napoli. Soy nativo de Nápoles, entonces muy
exigente ¡cuando se trata de pizza!

Recuerdo que cuando llegó el momento de volver
a Italia, ya que las vacaciones habían terminado, me

prometí algo a mí mismo... Me prometí que un día
G
iría a vivir por siempre en esta isla y que iría a abrir
una pizzería auténtica y única en su género, ¡la pizza
H
por metros!
Todo estaba ya claro en mi mente...

Entonces un día ¡realicé mi sueño! Me mudé aquí en

Ibiza y abrí una pizzería... por metros.
En mi larga estancia he tenido la suerte de conocer

a personas reales y profesionales... entre los cuales
un editor... Christian Dori, fundador de Night&Day

Magazine.

Diez años han pasado desde entonces, diez

años de cooperación... estos han sido años de
O
satisfacciones y reconocimientos... en pocas
palabras, la publicidad en su revista ha sido una en

la que he creído más.
Agradezco a la isla por haberme adoptado en todas

sus formas... Agradezco al universo por darme la
R
oportunidad de crear todo esto. Agradezco a
Christian Dori y Night&Day por todo el apoyo que

me ha dado en estos 10 años.

I first came to the white island in 1993... I still
remember my hippie youth...
Back then everything was smaller... more normal...
less chaotic... just simpler. I remember there was
only one pizzeria known as such; it was called Bella
Napoli. I am a native of Naples, so very picky when it
comes to pizza!
I remember that when it came the time to return
to Italy, as the holiday was over, I promised
something to myself... I promised that one day I
would live forever on this island and that I would
open an authentic pizzeria and unique in its kind,
the pizza by the meter!
Everything was already clear in my mind...
Then one day I realized my dream! I moved here
in Ibiza and opened my pizzeria... by the meter.
In my long stay I've had the good fortune to
meet real and professional people... including
an editor... Christian Dori, founder of Night&Day
Magazine.
Ten years have passed since then, ten years of
cooperation... these have been years of satisfactions
and recognitions... in a few words advertising in his
magazine has been the one in which I've believed the
most.
I thank the island for having adopted me in all
its forms... I thank the universe for giving me the
opportunity to create all this. I thank Christian Dori
and Night&Day for all the support you've given me in
these 10 years.
