friendship and we have grown together in this
wonderful island.

years?
To make friends.

work that you want to highlight?
To serve the royal family without realizing it
Have you always employed DJs in your
restaurants?
I have always created atmosphere with music.
Which is your favourite dish?
My mum's soup.
What would you highlight from this season
of Pago Pago by Dani Ibiza?
We have added a menu for vegans, as well as rice
and fish and Iberian ham platter, cheeses and pates.
Any future projects?
To get married and have children.
In addition to this great incorporation, what
else would you like to point out from this 2016?
We have a boutique with exclusive designers as
well as a decorated lounge area.
What is the difference between Pago Pago
by Dani Ibiza and all the restaurants you
have around?
You come in as a customer and leave as a friend.
Hopefully we will repeat these ten years together.
