Los próximos 2, 3, 4 y 5 de junio tendrá lugar la
segunda edición del Formentera Jazz Festival.
Cine de la mano de In-Edit Documental Festival,
talleres de canto, danza y percusión pero sobre todo
mucho Jazz en directo con las actuaciones de Lessus,
Jazzabell, Para Orbe, Tula Quartet, Román Filiu Quartet
& The Beautiful Splendid Extra Quintet, Mediant
Collective y DJ Raver Jewish entre otros contenidos.
ras la espectacular acogida de su primera edición el
pasado junio, el Formentera Jazz Festival presenta los
contenidos de lo que será su segunda edición en la
paradisíaca isla de Formentera que tendrá lugar del 2
al 5 de junio. Una edición que cuenta con un día más de
festival y para la que se confirman nuevas actividades
tanto para adultos como para niños, la incorporación de
una programación de cine por parte del festival In-Edit
de Cine Documental Musical y en la que sobre todo
vuelve a destacar una gran selección de artistas de jazz en
directo con las actuaciones de Lessus, Jazzabell, Para Orbe,
Mediant Collective, Tula Quartet, Román Filiu Quartet &
The Beautiful Splendid Extra Quintet y DJ Raver Jewish.
Con el apoyo del Consell Insular y por iniciativa
del músico (ex Ojos de Brujo) y productor cultural
Maxwell Moya - criado en Formentera - que
actualmente trabaja en el Berklee College of Music; el
festival se presenta desde sus inicios como un espacio
musical único desde un lugar único y con la elegancia
y libertad que significa la música jazz como bandera.

The next 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th June will take place the
second edition of Formentera Jazz Festival.
Cinema by In-Edit Documental Festival, singing,
dancing and percussion workshops but especially
a lot of live Jazz performances by Lessus, Jazzabell,
Para Orbe, Tula Quartet, Román Filiu Quartet & The
Beautiful Splendid Extra Quintet, Mediant Collective
and DJ Raver Jewish among other content.
After hosting the spectacular first edition last June,
the Formentera Jazz Festival presents the contents
of what will be its second edition on the paradise
island of Formentera, which will take place from
2nd to 5th June. An edition that has an extra day
of the festival and new activities confirmed for
both adults and children. It also incorporates
a film program by the festival In-Edit Musical
Documentary Film and finally highlights a large
selection of jazz artists and live performances such
as Lessus, Jazzabell, Para Orbe, Mediant Collective,
Tula Quartet, Román Filiu Quartet & The Beautiful
Splendid Extra Quintet and DJ Raver Jewish.
The Festival thanks the support of Consell Insular, and
the musician's initiative and cultural producer, Maxwell
Moya (ex Ojos de Brujo) - raised in Formentera - who
is currently working at the Berklee College of Music.
Also, the FJF is presented since its inception as a
unique musical space in a single location and with the
elegance and freedom that jazz music means.
