Her name is Giulia but in the "world of the
night", which is like an imaginary circus where
everyone is a fantastic character, many know
her as Reina.
Where are you from?
I was born in a small village in the province of beautiful
Florence, but since the age of 19 I've been spending
most of the year in our isla bonita.
What do you do?
Since I can remember what I do most is dance. I
attended the Ballet Academy but it was only when I
came to Ibiza that I realized that there were many ways
to dance and express yourself. So I started working
in the fun industry, as a dancer, PR and later as an
organizer. From there my art has extended, in the true
sense of the term, and I threw myself into the universe
of aerobatics and then specialized in acrobatics and
cabaret performer.
As I was looking for deeper meanings of the soul, I
started, in recent years, organizing events that are
more involved with the evolution of the human being.
Events generally described as "spiritual," although in
reality, everything is spiritual, because we are body
and spirit. After this path, I came back to the essence
of who I am; art, dance and expression.
Who or what inspires you at work?
My inspiration is life itself, with all its constant
evolution, and always to be faithful to what I feel.
Aware that what I feel, think and want is constantly
changing, aware that I will always be different even if,
after all, I'm always myself.
Your philosophy of life?
I believe that in life everyone should find their way
to be happy and there are no wrong or right people,
better or worse choices, there are only the differences
between all of us as human beings. The important

thing is to learn from our own choices and correct
ourselves if the way is not the right one.
Any future projects?
As for the work projects, I'm very happy to be part
of the creative team of Heart, Acid Sundays party,
because I consider it a party full of artistic content,
with a musical line that leaves room for everyone to
express themselves thanks to the sound research of
DJ Acid Pauli.
Moreover, I'm going to come back to do my acrobatic
and burlesque shows in leading restaurants such
as the Cotton Club and the Elements and at private
parties, as well as organize all the artistic part of
many private events.
Relationship with Ibiza.
Ibiza is an important part of my life, a second mother
that cradles me and is with me at every stage. It
appeared by chance during a tourist trip to visit my
older brother and it opened the doors of freedom,
and then followed me throughout my evolution. It
followed me from the times of frequent festivals, to
my spiritual quest, until today that I know that balance
is within myself, whatever I do and wherever I am...
even if in the end I cannot leave this place!
Your wish for the N&D 10th anniversary.
First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY and congratulations to
those who believed so much in its vision, in its project,
to carry it forward. I want to wish you to always be able
to tell the essence of Ibiza, the truth of those who live it
and the beauty that surrounds every corner of it.
And finally, are you NIGHT or DAY?
For many years only NIGHT, then just DAY. This year I
feel I have finally reached my balance, appreciating
the sunlight that makes me happy and enjoying
my time in the sensuality of the moon... light and
shadow... NIGHT & DAY!
