Reference
•
AmipH or Amichlorite are the only two reagents you
can use with the Selwatch. The use of any other
reagent is forbidden.
Installation
•
Connect the reagent to the
device and turn it on.
The connection pipe is loca-
ted above the device.
Precautions for use
•
Keep out of children's reach.
In case of contact with the eyes, wash immediately
and consult an ophthalmologist.
Store in the original container only, and at a tempe-
rature below 50°C.
Pressure-relief kit option
If the filtration is situated below the water level of
the swimming pool, or if the pressure is exces-
sive (above 0.8 bars), then you should use the T-
connector supplied with the pressure-relief kit (see
diagram below).
To fit the T-connector supplied with the pressure-
relief kit, you must:
- check that the Selwatch box is switched on
- drill a hole all the way through (Ø 4 mm or Ø 6 mm
in diameter)

Pipe saddle
Some hydraulic connections are made directly
to the chamber. Others require the use of pipe
Réactif
saddles (according to model).
Note: water flows in a single direction through the
check valve. The direction of flow is
indicated by an arrow.
Display
If the machine does not reach the suggested
current, this means that one of the following ele-
ments is not correct:
- low water temperature
- low salt content
- connection problem (bad contact or insufficiently
tightened lugs)
- the section of the electrode power cable is too
pow for the distance (the longer the cable,
the greater the section should be in order to
compensate for the losses)
Top-up chloration
At start-up (if necessary)
•
Undertake a top-up chloration in the skimmer
basket. Wait until the top-up chlorine tablets
have dissolved completely before switching on
the Selwatch.
Do not switch on the Selwatch before
the chlorine content has dropped back
below 5 ppm.
During the season
•
If the water of your pool gets murky during the
season, following a high number of bathers or
an exceptionally high water temperature, then
it is advisable to undertake a top-up chloration
(follow the suggested top-up chloration dosage).
Switch off the Selwatch before adding the top-
*
up chlorine and do not switch on before the
chlorine content has fallen back below 5 ppm.
Checks
Adding salt
•
Do the following calculation to determine the salt
Main
content: Q = (4 - T) x V
