For your safety.
Do not use this undercarriage before you
have thoroughly read and completely
understood this Instruction Manual, includ-
ing the figures, specifications and safety regulations.
Read and observe the Instruction Manual of
the machine which is to be mounted on this
undercarriage.
Please also observe the relevant national industrial safety
regulations (e. g. in Germany: BGV A2, BGR 500).
Non-observance of the safety instructions can lead to an
electric shock, fire and/or severe injuries.
These operating instructions should be kept for later use
and enclosed with the power tool, should it be passed on
or sold.
Make sure that the undercarriage stands securely and has
a level setup position. Fasten the undercarriage to the
ground. If the undercarriage tips over during operation,
serious injuries can result.
Use appropriate fastening material when mounting the
machine to the undercarriage. When mounted incor-
rectly, the machine can come loose from the undercar-
riage and cause serious accidents.
Before switching on, ensure that all clamping levers on the
undercarriage are firmly tightened. Sudden lowering of
the machine during the work procedure can lead to seri-
ous injuries.
The mains plug of the extraction system may be mounted
only by a qualified electrician. The protective conductor
in the mains socket outlet must be connected with the
protective earthing of the mains supply.
Pull out the mains plug for maintenance and repair! Switch-
ing on the extraction system unintentionally can lead to
an electric shock.
Have the electrical safety of the extraction system checked
regularly in accordance with statutory regulations. For sys-
tems that have not been checked, there may be danger of
electrical shock!

GRIT GI75/150 stationary belt grinders.
Mounting instructions (Figures A + C).
Fasten the undercarriage to the ground with suita-
ble anchor/screw connections. The fastening must
be suitable to withstand the forces occurring dur-
ing working.
➤ Release both clamping levers (1), adjust the sup-
port (2) to the horizontal position and tighten both
clamping levers (1) again.
➤ Place the machine to be mounted onto the sup-
port (2).
Due to the danger of accidents, this work must be
carried out by persons that are physically capable
of lifting the high weight of the machine.
Fasten the machine onto the support with suitable
screws (3).
➤ Connect the extraction hose (6) to the machine's
connection sleeve for dust extraction and tighten the
hose clamp (5).
Electrical connection.
Observe mains voltage: The mains voltage and the fre-
quency of the power source must agree with the data on
the type plate of the machine.
Plug the mains plug of the extraction system into the
intended socket outlet on the machine.
Adjusting the incline (Figure B).
➤ Loosen both clamping levers (1). Adjust the machine
to the required working height.
➤ Tighten both clamping levers (1) again.
Operating instructions.
Switching ON and OFF (GIBE)
