Limited Warranty

This warranty is expressly limited
to the original purchasers of the
Bosch Diagnostics OBD reader .
Warranty against defects in
material and workmanship for 12
months from date of purchase .
This warranty does not cover
misuse . The only and exclusive
solution for any defective unit is
its repair or replacement, which
Bosch sets . Bosch shall not be
liable for any direct or indirect
personal injury . The existence of
defects will be verified by Bosch
and/or its technical assistance in
accordance with its procedures .
No other person or company is
authorized to change these war-
ranty terms .

Other guarantees

The above warranty is valid over
and above any other warranty
included in the commercial
terms of sale .

The unit software is confidential
Bosch trademark information
and is protected by copyright
laws . Your users have no right
to own the software other than
the use of the software . This
software may not be transferred,
