1 Insert gas diffuser (3) into torch neck (4).
2 Screw tip adaptor (2) into torch neck (4) and contact tip (2) into tip
adaptor (2).
3 Screw gas nozzle (1) onto torch neck (4) .
NOTE
• New still unused liners have to be shortened to the actual length of the
cable assembly.

8 Cable assembly
1 Lay down the cable assembly (8) straight.
2 Remove gas nozzle (10), contact tip (9), tip adaptor (11) and gas diffuser
(1) from torch neck (2).
3 Unscrew retaining sleeve (5) from central connector (6).
4 Slide liner (7) through the wire conduit (3) up to the retaining nipple (4).
5 Screw in retaining sleeve (5) by hand.
6 Cut off the excess length of the liner (7) flush with the torch neck (2) and
pull out the liner (7).
7 Sharpen the spiral guide liner beginning to an angle of approx. 40° and
debur the cutting point.
8 Slide sharpened liner (7) through the wire conduit (3) up to the retaining
nipple (4).
9 Screw in retaining sleeve (5) and tighten it.
