9.3 Maintenance intervals

NOTICE
• The maintenance intervals given are standard values and refer to single-shift operation.
• Visually inspect the toothed wheels once a week.
• The higher the pressure rocker force, the greater the wear to the toothed wheels.
Observe the instructions of the guideline EN 60974-4 Inspection and test during the operation of arc
welding equipment as well as the laws and guidelines valid in the respective country.
Check the following:
Weekly
• The basic cleaning is recommended, and necessary in case of
extreme working conditions.
• Blow compressed air through the wire conduit and check for
wear.
