• To access a parameter, place the cursor over it and press ENTER, or type its
number.
• Use the << and >> keys to display the possible choices, or the keyboard to enter a
value.
• Validate the parameter with ENTER, and go to the next one.
• Press OK to go to next screen.
• Once all parameters are defined, press OK to obtain the listing.
• In the case of a detailed listing on the screen, press # to obtain the totals
corresponding to the calls selected.
The Real Time enquiry prints the calls as they are completed and at the same time
stores them in memory. This mode enables the user to continuously monitor the PBX
traffic.

7- REPORTS

7.1 Types of reports

The unit generates a large variety of reports, the parameters of which are defined
beforehand during the programming phase. These reports are printed immediately,
with no need to define selection criteria, date ranges or other parameters.
The system is supplied with 9 reports defined by default. The following table contains
the parameters for these reports.

For instance, the third report called "Current month":
• Is a chronological report.
• Includes all calls without taking into account destination, type, duration, cost or
number of pulses.
