This report called Last week´s sales will list the calls generated by the sales
department.
It will collect the outgoing calls without taking into account their destination, cost or
number of units. It will only select the calls made during the previous week with a
duration between two minutes and one hour.
It will be printed on the external printer.
The last four digits of the dialled number will be masked and replaced by an
asterisk.

These are the general parameters used by the unit to charge the calls.
• 1. Costing:
- Meter Pulse Mode: can be used if meter pulse information or advice of charge
(sent by the carrier) is received through the lines. In this case, the unit
computes the cost of each call multiplying the number of meter pulses by the
unit price.
- Duration Mode: This mode is used when meter pulses are not available. In
such a case, the unit estimates the cost of each call according to its duration
and destination, taking into account possible reduced tariffs (night, week-end).
- Mixed Mode: A combination of the two previous methods. If the number of
pulses for a given call is not zero, the unit will calculate the cost according to the
Pulse method, if not it will apply the duration-based method.
