Problem
The material is not
coming out from the
nozzle .
The material drips out
from the nozzle.
The spray is too thick.
The spray jet is
coming out irregularly.
The coating produce
"tears".

producing too much mist
(Over- spraying).

If the problems cannot be solved despite the recommended corrective actions

Cause
• The nozzle is blocked.
• The suction pipe is blocked.
• The position of the volume selector is facing
totally down (-).
• The suction pipe is loose.
• There is no pressure accumulated in the
container.
• The nozzle is loose.
• The nozzle is worn.
• The nozzle seal is worn.
• The coating material is built up in the spray
diffuser, the nozzle or the needle.
• Viscosity in the coating material is too high.
• Volume of the material is too much.
• The volume selector position is totally up (+).
• The nozzle is contaminated.
• The air filter is very dirty.
• Not enough pressure accumulated in the
container.
• The container is getting empty.
• The air filter is too dirty.
• Too much coating material was applied.
• Too much distance away from the
object.
• Too much coating was applied.

Troubleshooting

Solution
• Clean the nozzle.
• Clean the suction pipe.
• Turn the selector up (+).
• Install the pipe correctly.
• Tighten the container.
• Tighten the nozzle.
• Replace the nozzle.
• Replace the nozzle seal.
• Clean the build up.
• Thin the material (see page 7).
• Turn the volume selector down (-).
• Turn the volume selector down (-).
• Clean the nozzle.
• Replace the filter.
• Tighten the container.
• Fill up the container again.
• Replace filter.
• Turn the volume selector down (-).
• Reduce the distance.
• Turn the volume selector down (-).
• Clean the packaging container.
• Replace the packaging container.
