With the Windows XP SP2 PC, get "Internet Options", and then, "Advanced".
And click the "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer".
A local playback will not be possible, if the above check for "Allow active content to run in files on
My Computer" was not done. The protection message bar, as follows, may appear on a screen
and playback image does not come up.
