• Use a brush to clean air filter 42, or blow compressed
air through them. If the contamination is too much,
replace air filter 42� Note: do not use gasoline,
solvents, or caustic substances to wash air filter 42.
• Install air filter 42 in place�
• Install cover 41 and tighten special nut 40�
• Install cap 6 and lock latch 12�
Checking the spark plug (see fig. 20-21)
• Put the tool on flat ground.
• Unlock latch 12 and remove cap 6 (see fig. 20.1).
• Unmount air filter 42 as described above�
• Remove cap 43 from spark plug 23 (see fig. 21.1).
• Unscrew the spark plug 23 with the multi-purpose
wrench 25 (see fig. 21.2).
• Purge the deposits from the electrodes of the spark
plug 23�
• Check and adjust (if necessary) the gap between
the side and centre electrodes of the spark plug 23 (it
must be equal to 0,6-0,7 mm (see fig. 21.3)).
• Mount the spark plug 23 in place and put on the
cap 43�
• Install air filter 42 as described above�
• Install cap 6 and lock latch 12�
