19 Installation
General Information regarding Installation
The installation version of the memory control unit 6550-
500 for distributions is clicked onto a standard 35 mm rail.
The flush-type version of the memory control unit 6550U-
10x-500 is suitable for installation in commercially
available flush-type boxes. We recommend using a a
flush-type box with an installation depth of 60 mm in
accordance with DIN 49073. In combination with the
presence watchdog 6813-xxx, it must be installed on the
ceiling of a room.
The control output (<= 1 V – 10 V) of the
Memory Pushbutton Controller is not safety
extra-low voltage.
When performing work on the Memory
Pushbutton Controller, ensure that the
device is disconnected from the 230 V
supply system!
