Installation with Busch Remote Control IR
The memory control unit 6550U-10x-500 can be used as a
component within the IR remote control system. In this
case, the memory control unit must be combined with the
®
remote control (Ferncontrol ) IR control element 6066-xxx-
500.
The installation site should be within the IR receiving range
(see Figs. 6 and 7). Please note that the IR receiving
range can change as a result of ambient light (e.g., solar
radiation).
Fitting the IR Operating Element
Prior to fitting IR Operating Element 6066-xxx-500, set the
desired address (see following Fig. 5). Attach the
Operating Element to the flush-mounted version of the
Memory Pushbutton Controller. Ensure that the IR
Operating Element does not become jammed in the frame.
Removing the IR Operating Element
Lift off via the notches provided on the left and right.
