I SYMPTOM

I WATER IS NOT SUPPLIED FROM VARIOUS FUNCTIONS
(SHOWERHEAD, VERTICAL HYDROMASSAGE, ETC.).
• Turn on the mixer tap.
I DISPLAY OFF.
• Turn on the main switch (see installation manual).
I THE SHOWERHEAD PROVIDES INADEQUATE PRESSURE.
• Clean the filter situated between the flexible hose and the
riser rail.
I LITTLE WATER IS SUPPLIED FROM ALL FUNCTIONS.
• Check that the installer has complied with the pressure/capacity
specifications on the technical pre-installation data sheet.
• Check that the thermostatic valve filter is not blocked with
dirt and/or lime scale.
I THE HYDROMASSAGE PROVIDES
INADEQUATE PRESSURE.
• Clean the nozzles. If this does not work, contact the Jacuzzi
Service Centre to check the pressure and the water system
capacity).
I DIFFICULT TO ADJUST THE WATER TEMPERATURE
(MIXING)
• Check that the pressure values of the system (operating) for
hot and cold water are well-balanced. If the values are dif-
ferent, it is advisable to contact your plumber.
I AFTER SETTING THE TURKISH BATH FUNCTION,
THERE IS AN ACOUSTIC SIGNAL AND THE FUNCTION
DOES NOT PROCEED.
• Check that the water supply has not been interrupted to the
domestic system; if the problem persists, switch off the sys-
tem and contact the Jacuzzi
I THE DISPLAY IS ON BUT IT DOES NOT RECEIVE THE
PROGRAMMES.
• Switch off the system and contact the Jacuzzi
I THE TURKISH BATH IS INTERRUPTED, OR DOES NOT
START AND AN ACOUSTIC SIGNAL IS EMITTED
• Electric current absent.
• No water in boiler
If there is no water during the steam bath, or if the water goes
below the safety level, the function is interrupted and the LED on
the display begins to flash quickly, indicating the alarm condition.
If the safety level is not restored after about 2 minutes, the
function is switched off and the emptying and washing of the
boiler starts.

• During the period preceding the boiler filling, it may happen
that the water does not reach the operating level. In this case,
the function waits for about 3 minutes, and then, if the wa-

ter level is still insufficient, the function is interrupted and the
emptying and washing of the boiler starts.

• Safety thermostat trips
An excess of scale deposits, or a blockage in the steam out-
let pipe, can trigger the safety thermostat into operation. In
this case, the steam bath cycle continues until the end of the
40 minutes, but steam will not come out of the nozzle.
Contact an authorized Service Centre.
I THE SCALE-REMOVAL CYCLE IS INTERRUPTED, OR
WILL NOT START
• Power outage; the progress of the cycle is nonetheless mem-
orized, so that, if the shower box is shut off or there is a pow-
er outage, the time count of the cycle is not lost. In any case,
the next time you power on the box, if the calculated time is
less that or equal to 10 hours, the boiler drain procedure is
activated.

In certain instances of malfunction, the display will show the fol-
lowing flashing error messages. In any case, to restore normal
operation, you will need to contact an authorized Jacuzzi
Centre.
AL1
faulty connection between keyboard and electronic box.
This is shown each time the shower box is powered on.
AL2
temperature probe faulty.
The operation of the Turkish bath is not compromised, but the
"thermometer" icon is not able to show the progress of the
temperature in the shower box.
This is shown each time the shower box is powered on.
AL3
clock battery faulty.
This is shown each time the shower box is powered on, as well
as when you attempt to start the anti-scale cycle.
AL4
problem with the memory where the number of Turkish
baths performed is stored.
Although the operation of the Turkish bath is not compromised,
you will not be able to activate the anti-scale cycle. This is because
it is no longer possible to memorize the number of Turkish baths
that have been performed; therefore, the system cannot deter-
mine when to signal that it is time to run the anti-scale cycle.
This is shown each time the shower box is powered up, as well
as when you activate the anti-scale cycle and when the Turkish
bath is activated.
