You will find information about entering text and a table of the
available symbols per number key at page
You will be able to allocate the subscribers in the List of Contacts to call
groups with different ring signs, so that you will already be able to
recognize the group from which a subscriber is calling by the ring tone.
Open the List of Contents menu(

Confirm the 'Neuer Eintrag' [New entry] option.

Enter the name with the number keys(a maximum of 15 symbols).

Press MENU.

Enter the telephone number with the number keys (a maximum of 24

symbols).
Press MENU. The first selection of the call group will appear('Keine'

[None]); the ring tone associated with this group will resound at the
same time.
Select a call group to which you wish to allocate the entry: 'None',

'Other', 'VIP', 'Services`, „Friends", „Work", 'Family' or 'Acquaintances'.
You will be able to set up different ring tones for these groups
(Changing the call group).
Confirm 'None' with MENU if you do not want any allocation to groups.

The ring tone that has been set for external calls will be used for this
non-allocation (compare Ring tone).
