Recording an announcement
You can record an announcement for every answering mode (see above).
These announcements can be up to one minute long.
Your own announcement will delete the pre-set announcement
texts. You will have to carry out a system reset (see System reset)
to recreate the pre-set announcement text after a new recording.
Open the 'Settings' sub-menu and the 'Outgoin msg' option there, in the

'Answer Machine' menu.
Select the 'New message' option.

Select the 'Answer & Record.' option or the 'Answer only.' [Without

recording] option.
You will now be prompted to make your announcement after the acoustic
signal.
Speak the text into the microphone of the handset at normal volume. It

can be a maximum of one minute long.
Press BACK if you wish to delete the recording.

Press MENU.

Your announcement will be repeated at the end of the recording for
checking purposes.
