6.0 Maintenance
BEFORE ATTEMPTING ANY MAINTENANCE OR
REPAIRS THE MACHINE MUST BE DISCONNECTED
FROM THE AIR AND ELECTRIC SUPPLY.
A. Periodically clean the vertical hexagonal rod with
non-fl ammable liquid detergent. Lubricate with oil
(Fig. 6-1).
B. Periodically clean the wheel support surface (1,
Fig. 6-2) with a non-fl ammable liquid detergent, dry
and lubricate the sliding surface of the driving pin (2)
with oil.
C. Periodically wash all plastic parts with cold water
and soap or mild chemical detergent.
D. Periodically lubricate rods of the cylinders with oil.
E. The plastic inserts inside the mount/demount tool
must be periodically replaced.
F. Check the bead breaker pads (3, Fig. 6-3): replace
if worn.
