Probable causes
1.1. The tractor is not being powered.
1.2. The automatic monitoring devices of the system
or tractor are not enabling operation.
2.1. Excessive rotation speed.
2.2. The unit is not free to turn owing to friction
points.
2.3. The packing gland is too tight.
3.1. Air enters through the suction port.
3.2. The check valve or foot valve has jammed in a
partially closed position.
3.3. Worn pump.
3.4. Partially closed sluice valve.
3.5. The pump operates at cavitation rate.
3.6. Strainer clogged by foreign bodies.
3.7. Excessively low rotation speed.

4.5. Excessively worn pump.

Remedies
1.1. Make sure that there is fuel.
1.2. Wait until the correct operative conditions have
automatic devices.
2.1. Regulate the internal combustion engine.
2.2. Send the unit to an authorized after-sales
service centre.
2.3. Adjust the packing gland by evenly working on
both nuts in order to ensure a slight drip during
operation.

3.1. Increase the level of the liquid at the suction
port and/or shut off any air inlets.
3.2. Disassemble the valve from the pipe and
check.
3.3. Send the pump to an authorized after-sales
