Intervals: Warm Up, Segment 1, Segment 2, Cool Down, Reps.
The Interval function allows you to setup a workout that repeats active and rest segments. You
are also offered the option to include a warm-up and/or cool-down segment.
Warm-up and Cool-down segments can be Off or be set by Time.
Segments 1 and 2 can be set by Time or Distance. Distance settings will be either miles or
kilometers, based on the Unit selection made during First Time Setup.
Repeats can be set from 1 to 99.
Interval settings will be saved and stay in the watch until they are manually changed.
NOTE: Not available in Swim mode.
