4.8.3.1 2 points calibration

Selection of the current output (register) when the channel is in situation of

cleaning, programming or calibration with standards.
Optics O.D. sensors are factory calibrated. No need for initial calibration. But over time,
you may need a recalibration.
By 2-point calibration adjusts both the offset and slope of the electrode. This procedure is
recommended only when the electrode does not behave in a linear manner. Before
performing this calibration is required a solution containing 0 ppm of oxygen and a known
value.
Note: The Manual calibration in a single point is recommended. Only recommended calibration in 2
points when the electrode does not behave in a linear manner. This could happen, for example, after
the electrode has suffered a blow.
1. From the main menu select
2. Select the channel to calibrate and confirm.
3. Select
2 POINTS CAL
4. Immerse the electrode in the 0 ppm. Wait for 5 minutes.
Note: The electrode should remain immersed in the solution of 0 ppm at least 5 minutes before
starting the calibration.
5. Press start and wait for the results.
6. Immerse the electrode in the known sample solution. Wait for 5 minutes.
Note: The display shows the measured value at this time. This value can be very different from the
real and the calibration in memory is lost. Before starting on the second point calibration is
necessary that the electrode remains in solution at least 5 minutes.
7. Press start and wait for the results.
8. Adjust the measured value using the keypad.
9. Press to accept calibration.
