Press the button to calculate your recovery heart rate after a workout.
Reset
Press the button to return to the menu.

Explanation of display items

Strokes
Strokes per minute as a numbered value (/min) and as a graphical
representation (bars).
Time
Duration (hh:mm and mm:ss) for the workout.
Pulse
Heart rate limit (bpm) during the workout. The heart symbol flashes
simultaneously with your own heart rate. The arrow sign appears when
your heart rate reaches above or below the set heart rate limits.
Distance
Distance (km) for the workout.
Speed/ RPM
Speed (km/h) or RPM (rev/min) for the workout.
Calories
Energy consumption (kcal) for the workout.
‼ NOTE
This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise
sessions which cannot be used in medical treatment.
Clock
Real-time clock.
Temperature
Room temperature (°C )
Humidity
Room humidity (%).
Workout value
Selected workout value.
Workout profile
Selected workout profile.
Cumulative heart rate
Heart rate profile during the workout.
Battery low warning
Warning sign to replace the batteries.
Operation
Power on
- Press any key to power on the console when being in sleep mode.
Before use
- Press the UP button or the DOWN button to select a menu item.
- Press the MODE button to confirm.
- Press the UP button or the DOWN button to change the value for
the selected menu item.
- Press the MODE button to confirm.
During use
The menu constantly shows the values for the menu items. The
different values flash on the display one after another every 6
seconds.
- Press the MODE button to stop automatic scanning of the values
for the different menu items.
- Press the MODE button as many times as required to show
information for a specific menu item.
- Turn the resistance adjustment knob to change the resistance.
‼ NOTE
If you set target values, an alarm will sound and the training
stops automatically when the first of the specified target values
is reached.
Programs

Manual Program

- Press the UP button or the DOWN button to set the time. Press the
MODE button to confirm.
- Press the UP button or the DOWN button to set the distance. Press
the MODE button to confirm.
- Press the UP button or the DOWN button to set the energy
consumption. Press the MODE button to confirm.
- Press the UP button or the DOWN button to set the heart rate limit.
Press the MODE button to confirm.
- Press the START/STOP button to start the workout. If you have set
target values, the values start to count down.
Recovery
Measuring the recovery pulse.
Measure your recovery pulse rate at the end of the workout.
- The RECOVERY function will only be valid if pulse is detected.
- To start the measuring of the recovery pulse rate, press RECOVERY.
The display also shows the word "Recovery".
- The measuring starts automatically and takes two minutes.
- Upon completion of the measurement, the display shows the
recovery rate as a percentage. The smaller the rate, the fitter you
are. Please note that your results are in a relation to the pulse
level in the beginning of the measurement, and that your results
are personal and cannot directly be compared with any other
person's results. In order to improve the reliability of recovery pulse
measurement, always try to standardize the measurement situation
as accurately as possible; start measuring at the same heart rate
level as precisely as possible.
- To switch back to the main display by pressing RESET. The console
