Explanation of display items
Program mode display (top row)
The top row shows the consoles status�
- Stop
When being in stop mode
- Manual
When being in manual mode
- Race
When being in Race mode
- Recovery
When being in Recovery mode�
- Rower symbol
When console is in workout mode
Matrix window
When being in race mode the matrix window shows the fictive
position of you and the computer in the ongoing race�
- Top row shows "U", illustrating your position in the race�
- Bottom row shows "PC" illustrating the computer's position in the
race�
When finished the race, the centre window will display the race
winner by "PC WIN" when computer has won the race,
or "USER WIN" when you have won the race�
Strokes
- Displays the counts up number of "strokes" during the workout,
counts down when have set a target value�
- Display range: 0 ~ 9900 strokes� ( ± 1 )
- Able to set a goal target in between the range with a ±10 value�
SPM (Strokes per minute)
- Displays the average speed in rowing strokes per minute based on
your current rowing pace�
- Display range: 0 ~ 999� ( ± 1 )
Time
- Displays elapsed training time during the workout,
remaining time when have set a target value�
- Display range: 0:00 ~ 99:00 minutes� ( ± 00:01 )
- Able to set a goal target in between the range with a ±1 min�
value�
Time/ 500m
- Shows the time needed to run a 500 meter distance workout,
based on the current rowing intensity�
- Display range: 0 ~ 99:00 minutes� ( ± 00:01 )
Pulse
- Displays the actual heart rate,
Shows a "P" when no heart rate is sensed�
- Display range: 30 ~ 240 BPM� ( ± 1 )
- Able to set a goal target in between the range with a ±1 BPM
value�
‼ NOTE
•
To have a pulse displayed it is required to use a chest belt or
other similar device�
Distance
- Displays the counts up number of "meters" during the workout,
counts down when have set a target value�
- Display range: 0 ~ 99900 meters� ( ± 1 )
- Able to set a goal target in between the range with a ±100 value�
Calories
- Displays the counts up number of "calories" burned during the
workout,
counts down when have set a target value�
- Display range: 5 ~ 9990 strokes� ( ± 1 )
- Able to set a goal target in between the range with a ±5 value�

When Chimes symbol is shown, the alarm function is in on mode�
When Chimes symbol is not shown, the alarm function is in off mode�
Operation
Power on
- The console cannot be set in off mode, other than remove the
batteries from the console�
- When being in stand by mode the console will display the
environment temperature, clock and date�
- Press any key to set the console in active workout mode�
During use
The menu constantly shows the values for the menu items� The
different values flash on the display one after another every 6
seconds�
- Press the MODE button to stop automatic scanning of the values
for the different menu items�
- Press the MODE button as many times as required to show
information for a specific menu item�
- Turn the resistance adjustment knob to change the resistance�
‼ NOTE
•
If you set target values, an alarm will sound and the training
stops automatically when the first of the specified target values
is reached�
