Remedy
Install the EGC in such a way, that it is free of
tension (evenness of the bearing surface
è 5.1 Mechanical installation).
Align the EGC so that it is exactly parallel to the
second axis.
Grease the EGC (è 7 Maintenance and care).
Alter the travel speed.
Send the EGC to Festo for repair.
Comply with the max. screw-in depth
(è 5.1.2 Mounting the payload).
Check the proximity sensor, connections and
controller.
