(GB) 045201 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members.
2.
Fold up the boot cover and disunit the boot upholstery.
3.
Dismount the bumper, remove the two outermost polystirol inside bumpers (they will no
longer be used).
4.
Fix the towing hook body (1) at points „a" with M8 nuts (one piece per side).
Drill the rear panel through points „b" with a Ø10mm drill.

Take out the rubber plugs from the lower side of the frame member (one piece per
side), and then loosely fix the accessories (4,6) to the rear panel and to the towing
hook body at points „b" with the attached bonding units in accordance with the
drawing.
Drill the frame extension through points „c" from below with a Ø12.5 mm drill (take care

of the accuracy, and then expand it to Ø25 mm from above.

Loosely fix accessories 4,6 at points „c" to the frame extension with the attached
bonding units, spacers and interior plates (5,7) in accordance with the drawing.
9.
Loosely fix the interior plates (5,7) at points „d" with the attached bonding units in
accordance with the drawing.
10. Drill the real panel and the interior plates (5,7) through points „e", and then fix the
towing hook at these points.
11. Drill the floor plate of the boot through points „f" with a Ø8 mm drill, and then fix the
interior plates at these points (the M10 large washers (16) should be placed between
the floor plate and the interior plates).
12. Mount the towing ball (2), the jointing plates (8) and the socket plate (3) onto the
towing hook body.
13. Adjust the towing hook into mid-position, and then tighten all the screws:

14. Cut out the bumper in accordance with the attached cutting template.
15. Remount the bumper and the boot upholstery.
16. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

18. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.

(H) 045201 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Hajtsa fel a csomagtér burkolatot, és bontsa meg a csomagtér kárpitot.
3.
Szerelje le a lökhárítót, vegye le a két szélső hungarocell lökhárítóbetétet (erre a
továbbiakban nem lesz szükség).
4.
A vonóhorogtestet (1) rögzítse az „a" pontokon, az M8-as anyákkal (oldalanként 1-1
db).
A „b" pontokon keresztül fúrja át a hátfalat Ø10mm-es fúróval.

Vegye ki az alvázgerenda aljából a gumidugókat (oldalanként egy-egy darab), majd
lazán rögzítse a tartozékokat (4,6) a hátfalhoz és a vonóhorogtesthez a „b"
pontokon, a mellékelt kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
A „c" pontokon keresztül alulról fúrja át az alváznyúlványt Ø12,5mm-es fúróval

(ügyeljen a pontosságra!), majd felülről bővítse fel Ø25mm-re.
8.
Lazán rögzítse a 4,6-os tartozékokat a „c" pontokon az alváznyúlványhoz, a
mellékelt kötőelemekkel, távtartókkal és beltéri lemezekkel (5,7), a rajz alapján.
9.
Lazán rögzítse a beltéri lemezeket (5,7) a „d" pontokon, a mellékelt kötőelemekkel,
a rajz alapján.
10. Fúrja át az „e" pontokon keresztül a hátfalat és a beltéri lemezeket (5,7), majd
ezeken a pontokon is rögzítse a vonóhorgot.
11. Fúrja át a csomagtér padlólemezét az „f" pontokon keresztül ∅8mm-es fúróval, majd
ezeken a pontokon is rögzítse a beltéri lemezeket (az M10-es fakötésű alátétek (16)
a padlólemez és a beltéri lemezek közé kerüljenek.).
12. Szerelje fel a vonógömböt (2) a hézagoló lemezeket (8) és a dugaljtartó lemezt (3)
vonóhorogtestre.
13. Igazítsa középhelyzetbe a vonóhorgot, majd húzza fixre az összes csavart:
M12 (8.8)
M10 (8.8)
M8 (8.8)
(Meghúzási sorrend: „b", „e", „c", „d", „f" és „a" pontok.)
14. Vágja ki a lökhárítót a mellékelt kivágósablon alapján.
15. Szerelje vissza a lökhárítót és a csomagtér kárpitot.
16. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak
feszességét ellenőrizni kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
17. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó
hibákért. (art. 185 lid 2 N.B.W)
18. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
