VERIFICATION AND REPLACEMENT
OF THE REAR SQUEEGEE RUBBER OF
THE SIDE BRUSH:
Check the squeegee rubber wear and
eventually turn or replace it.
For the replacement it is necessary to:
1. Act upon the switch (13) to switch off the
side brush, so that it is moved into lifted
position.
2. Remove the wing nuts (1) by unscrew-
ing them completely to free the squeegee.
3. Take off the coupling (2) of the squee-
gee hose and take off the squeegee.
4. Release the catch (4) of the rubber
blade clamp and take the rubber off to turn
it to a new side or to replace it.
5. Check that the coupling and the squee-
gee hose are not obstructed and remove
the dirt.
To reassemble the squeegee reverse the
operations above.
VERIFICATION AND REPLACEMENT OF
THE FRONT SQUEEGEE RUBBER OF
THE SIDE BRUSH:
Check the wear of the front squeegee rub-
ber and eventually replace it.
For the replacement it is necessary to:
1. proceed to disassemble the squeegee
and then the rear squeegee rubber (see
under "VERIFICATION AND REPLACE-
MENT OF THE REAR SQUEEGEE RUB-
BER OF THE SIDE BRUSH").
2. Take off the wing nuts (6) in the upper
part of the squeegee body, separate the
two metal parts that form the squeegee
body to take off the front rubber.
3. Clean all components with a water jet.
To reassemble the squeegee reverse the
operations above.

WORKING ADJUSTMENTS

In both automatic and manual mode, dur-
ing the first feet/metres check:
1. that the adjustment of the detergent
solution flow is sufficient to wet the floor
uniformly avoiding leakage of detergent
from the splash guards (see
under paragraph "FLOW ADJUSTMENT
OF THE DETERGENT SOLUTION").
2. that the squeegee adjustment guar-
antees a perfect drying result (see under
paragraph "ADJUSTMENT OF THE
SQUEEGEE").
3. that the brushes pressure permits an
efficient washing action as it relates to the
dirt and the speed (see under paragraph
"ADJUSTMENT OF THE BRUSHES
PRESSURE").
FLOW ADJUSTMENT OF THE DETER-
GENT SOLUTION
To adjust the detergent solution quantity
that flows down onto the brushes it is nec-
essary to act upon the solution valve knob
(10) placed on the upper part of the side
instrument board, rotating counterclock-
wise to increase it and clockwise to reduce
it up to closure of the flow.

ADJUSTMENT OF THE BRUSHES
PRESSURE
Through the knob (4) it is possible to adjust
the brushes pressure onto the floor in three
pre-set pressure levels. We can visualize
on the display (1) the pressure in kg previ-
ously set by pressing the push button (3).
The adjustment occurs in this way both in
automatic as in manual mode.
In order not to overload the brushes motor,
it is convenient to reduce the brushes pres-
sure going from smooth floors to rough
ones (ex. concrete).

ELECTRIC PROTECTION

The machine is equipped with an elec-
tronic system of amperemetric protection
for the principal working functions. This
control device disconnects the function
of the interested component that shows
the problem and indicates on the display
(1) the corresponding alarm, for example
"AL01", "AL03".
The last two figures indicate the code num-
ber of the alarm.
To restore the functioning of the compo-
nent, turn off and on again the machine
acting upon the key switch. If the alarm
persists, please contact the authorized
technical assistance.
