• Check the voltage output in the electronic control (in accordance with the wiring
diagram), and replace if there is no + and - output.
• Replace blower or connect terminals.
• Proceed according to paragraph E.
• Vacuum in each circuit during 30 minutes and introduce 360 g of R134a in the circuit.
• Check the load and the pressures; if pressure is less than 0.5 kg with the unit
running, clean the circuit or replace the blocked-up component (possibly the
capillary tube).
• Check the low pressure. This should be a maximum of between 2.6 and 3 bars, at
an outside temperature of between 30 ºC and 32 ºC with the vehicle's engine turned
off.
• Conectar cable de comunicación ó sustituir.
• Desmontar y limpiar componente obstruido y si fuera necesario sustituirlo

• Connect the tape with connectors correctly
*Any time, when it is necessary to extract (or introduce) gas charge from (in) the
circuit, it is necessary to do it using the adequate machinery and always respecting
the environment.
The refrigerant gas recovery will never be accurate because part of this gas will
remain inside the recovery, vacuum and filling machine circuit, as well as inside
the equipment.
