Green LED lights
up when an access
attempt is made, but
the door does not
open.

ignored.

Trouble-shooting

Cause
No bus connection
with the control unit.
No pairing or faulty
pairing.
Blocking mode:
system is blocked
after several invalid
identifications.
Connection problem
between SC200F and
SC200R.
Help
Check the wiring or com-
mission the device.
Reset the pairing.
Scan the authorised
finger.
Clean the contacts of the
SECUREconnect 200.
Check the installation
position of the
SECUREconnect 200.
