A pseudo-random number with three significant digits can be generated by entering the key
sequence 2ndF RANDOM = . Press = to generate the next random number. You can perform
this function both in normal and statistical mode.
• Random numbers use memory Y. Each new random number is generated based upon the value
previously stored in memory Y (pseudorandom number string).

Each time the key sequence 2ndF DRG is pressed, the angular units available alternate in the
display.
