INTERLOCK PIN
Lock pin allows locking of the selector pin on the safety bar
Always insert the locking pin into the selector pin hole of the safety bar so that the accessory
does not come loose.
SMITH BAR
Allows the user to exercise on the Smith machine.
HOOK
Allows the user to adjust the height of the Smith bar before starting the exercise.
SAFETY LOCK
Before starting any exercise, place the safety lock at the desired height.
The safety lock has the function of being a safety device for the user during the exercise and has
height adjustment. To use the safety lock, you must follow a few steps.
1 - Hold the safety lock and rotate it out.
2 - Then support the safety lock on one of the positioning axes.
BAR SUPPORT
The Olympic Bar Support is intended to support the Olympic Bar during the beginning and end
of the exercise and has height adjustment, expanding its functionality. Do not drop the Olympic
bar on the support in free fall.
SAFETY BAR
Before starting any exercise, place the safety lock at the desired height.
The safety lock has the function of being a safety device for the user during the exercise and has
height adjustment. Do not free-fall the Olympic bar on the bar.
Do not drop the smith bar in free fall on
the safety locks. If this action is taken it
can cause serious accidents to the user
