STEEL CABLE
During the use of the equipment, the steel cable can be damaged by misuse or lack of
maintenance. Sometimes the steel cable can be damaged even if this damage is not exposed.
Pay attention and always observe any type of problem with the cable. Do not use and do not
allow the equipment to be used if the steel cable is damaged. Below are some examples of
damaged steel cables.
TWISTED STEEL CABLE
Always check the steel cable if you nd any twisting, replace the cable immediately.
LUMP IN STEEL CABLE
If the cable breaks internally, a lump may appear on the outside of the cable, replace the cable
immediately.
LOOSE WIRES
Replace any exposed steel cable at the ends
CRUMPLED STEEL CABLE
Crumpled steel cable or out of its original shape can cause breakage or damage to other parts
of the equipment.
BENT STEEL CABLE
Steel cable is bent or out of its original shape can cause breakage or damage to other parts of
the equipment.
