PREPARE THE HOOD
Note: On stainless steel hoods, carefully
remove the plastic protective film from all
exterior surfaces of the hood and
decorative flues, prior to final installation.
1. Mount the electrical system plate
attaching it with 2 mounting screws
(3.9x9.5mm) and 2 star washers (Fig. 11).
2. Locate (2) tabs on top of the hood and
inside the round discharge opening.

3. Fold both tabs up 90 degrees. Fig. 12
4. Install the discharge collar inside the tabs
and secure with (2) 3.9 x 9.5mm screws.
