I. PRECAUTIONS
It is forbidden to use the device if damaged or defective.
The device can't be used by persons with physical or mental disabilities or child-
ren or persons with insufficient experience, and/or insufficient knowledge.
Device must be kept away from children.
To prevent injuries, always be careful with the maintenance of the device, particu-
larly with the maintenance of the blades.
When cleaning or servicing the device take into consideration all possible ha-
zards-residual Risks.
The knives are very sharp - do not ever touch them!

III. APPLICATION
The sausage cutter is intended for cutting sausages only.
IV. BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the pa-
ckaging is damaged, please contact your transport company and distributor within
3 days, and document the damages as detailed as possbile. Do not turn the package
upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal
and stable. Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and styro-

foam), so that in case of a problem, the device can be sent back to the service centre
in accurate condition.
V. USE OF THE DEVICE
Before first use, the device must be cleaned with a mild detergent.
Please put the machine on an even place, which is tilt resistant and can support
the combined weight of the machine. Never place the unit in the margin or edge
of the work surface , as this may lead to accidents and / or injuries.
To put the sausage in the feed tube, use a pair of suitable pliers.
The operation lever has to be pushed backwards. The resulting sausage pieces
are then easily falling onto the plate.
VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Accurately clean the device every day for a correct operation and longevity of the
equipment. Clean the surfaces with water and soap, alcohol, detergents without abra-
sives or substances based on chlorine or soda (chlorine water, muriatic acid).
Never use abrasives, steel wool, or similar products as they may bring damages to the
paint, the coat or on the machine body.
