MULTI-CUTTER
I. SAFETLY INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use the device if it is damaged or defective.
The device can't be used by persons with physical or mental disabilities or children or persons with
insufficient experience, and/or insufficient knowledge.
Keep the device away from children
To prevent injuries, always be careful with the maintenance of the device, particularly with the
maintenance of the blades.
When cleaning or servicing the device, take all possible hazards, as well as residual risks into
consideration.
The knives are very sharp – do not touch them!

III. APPLICATION
Multi-Cutter is intended for cutting fruits and vegetables only.
Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the device is to be paid by the user!
IV. BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed as
possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is kept
horizontal and stable. The various items used for packaging (cardboard, plastic straps, polyurethane foam)
should be conserved, so that the device can be sent back to the service centre in the best condition in case
of any problems!
V. USE OF THE DEVICE
Before the first use, the device must be cleaned with a mild detergent.
Please put the machine on an even place, which is tilt resistant and can support the combined weight of
the machine. Multi – cutter should be assembled to the working surface using screws.
Pull the lever upward;
Place the fruit / vegetable in front of the pusher;
Press the lever strongly, sliced fruit / vegetable will come at the bottom of the device;
Different shape of sliced fruits / vegetables can be produced by using different kinds of accessory.

VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the machine daily and thoroughly for a correct operation and longevity of the equipment. Clean the
surfaces with water and soap, alcohol, detergents without abrasives or substances based on chlorine or soda
(chlorine water, muriatic acid). Never use abrasives, steel wool, or similar products as they may bring damages
to the paint, the coat or on the machine body.
