8. Troubleshooting

8.1. Common problems
In the event of severe failure, it is essential to turn off the appliance,
operating the omnipolar circuit breaker, and close the water shut-off
valve located upstream of the appliance.
Problema
The oven doesn't start.
If the furnace does not start after all these operations, contact the support center.
The fans stops during opera-
tion.
If the problem persists, contact the support center.
Internal lighting
is not working
If the problem persists, contact the support center.
Water is not delivered from
humidifier pipes
If the problem persists, contact the support center.

Possible solution
Check that the omnipolar circuit breaker is closed and the
grid voltage is present.
Check the integrity of the protection fuses of the oven.
Make sure the oven door is properly closed.
Make sure you have set the parameters of the cooking
cycle properly.
Make sure the oven is not in failure.
Turn off the oven and wait for the thermal breaker of the
motor to be restored automatically.
Make sure the cooling vents are not obstructed.
Use heat-resistant lamps.
Replace the lamps proceeding as follows:
Make sure that the omnipolar circuit breaker installed
upstream of the oven is open and the appliance is cold.
Remove the left tray holder panel.
Loosen the screws that fasten the lamp fitting.
Remove the fitting, the glass and the seal.
Use halogen lamps of 25W.
Check that the water shut-off valve is open.
