Water: requirements for supplied water
IMPORTANT:
The appliance must be supplied with drinking water having the char-
acteristics shown in the table.

(*) The value refers to the amount of water nee ded for steam production inside the cooking
chamber.

and environment.
IMPORTANT:
It is sole responsibility of the operator / purchaser / owner of this equip-
ment to verify that the supply water, treated or not upstream of the wa-
ter connection, falls within the standard values published in this docu-
ment. Failure to comply with these values may damage the equipment
and void the manufacturer's warranty of the damaged parts.
CAUTION - WARNING:
Make the connection in compliance with the relevant legal require-
ments, using appropriate and recommended materials.
IMPORTANT:
This appliance is to be installed to com-
ply with the applicable federal, state, or
local plumbing codes having jurisdic-
tion. Connect the mains line to the ap-
pliance's connection pipe, fitting a shut-
off tap (B) to allow the water supply to
be cut off when necessary.
