Hydraulic System
System Fails To Function
Low Oil Supply - Fill system to the proper level with the correct fluid.
Clogged Suction Screen - The suction screen is located in the tank suction port,
simply clean or replace if necessary.
Damaged Hydraulic Pump, Motor, or Lines - Take vehicle to certified mechanic to
have system serviced.
Controls Difficult To Operate
Service and lubricate or replace Morse Cables.
Excessive High Temperature, Hydraulic Fluid
Clean debris from oil cooler
Check fluid level.
Check for incomplete control valve positioning.
Check for stalled auger.
Equipment Jumps Forward on Startup
If the engine starts when shifter lever is in gear - Check the neutral safety switch,
it may be damaged and need to be replaced.
Hydrostat electrical control problem. (Contact manufacturer)
Vehicle Will Not Move
Broken axle shaft.
Transmission or hydrostat system damage.
Hydrostat electrical control problem. (Contact manufacturer)
