Unloader options
- HELIX TRANSPORTER:
This is recommended for unloading corn,
sorghum, sugarcane, and grasses, except for
pre-dried products.
Wagons equipped with Feed Dispensers are
supplied only with a helix transporter system,
which are also responsible for mixing feed with
forage.
Dispenser (optional)
The DISPENSER makes it possible to automatically add feeds to forage. Open the two covers
present on the top part of the wagon and load the product. In the back of the dispenser, there is an
opening from where the added product is unloaded and mixed with the forage. The flow of the
product is controlled by a valve and based on its opening, it controls the quantity of the product
added to the forage.
READJUSTING THE DISPENSER FLOW
There is a dispenser scale found on the front cover of the wagon, for defining the product flow. The
settings on this scale define the precise balance of the mixture.
Connect the two hoses from the hydraulic
system to control the quantity coming out of the
dispenser, activate the hydraulic control valve
and watch the movement of the pointer on the
dispenser scale, until it reaches the desired
position.
DISPENSER SCALE
- CONVEYOR BELT FOR PRE-DRIED:
The rubber conveyor belt is especially
designed for unloading pre-dried products,
such as: alfalfa, oatmeal, ryegrass, coast-
cross, rhodes, tifton, and others from any other
type of harvest, it can also be used for corn,
sorghum, sugarcane or grass silage.
