Conveyor belt adjustment
We recommend keeping enough play in the conveyor belt in order to avoid strain (but it also cannot
be too stretched). Check the conveyor belt daily and whenever you observe excessive play in the
chains, proceed in performing the following adjustment.
REAR CONVEYOR BELT PLAT ADJUSTMENT:
Tighten the stretcher screws C alternatively, which means, a little on each side successively, until
the appropriate play setting is obtained.
NOTE:
When the stretching screw reaches its limit, and
it is not possible to stretch it anymore, then it is
necessary to open the chains by the links and
then remove one or two from each chain.
ATTENTION!
It is always necessary to tighten the stretching
screws equally, so that the decompactor rollers
C
remain aligned.

ADJUSTING THE SIDE CONVEYOR BELT PLAY (PRE-DRIED):
Loosen nuts D, on the both ends of the axle.
Loosen nut E and tighten nut F on the stretcher screws present on both sides of the conveyor belt.
The adjustment must be done alternatively, which means, a little on each side successively, until
appropriate stretching is achieved.
Retighten nuts E and F on the stretchers.
