5.3 Installing the child safety seat (Group 2/3: 15-36 kg)

Installation method no.1: vehicle's 3-point safety belt
For children weighing from 15 to 36 kg, FORWARD-FACING installation.
(Please refer to point 5.4: 'Removing the harness and the buckle')
Step 1: First of all, adjust the child safety seat in its most vertical position, then place it on
the rear seat of your vehicle.
Step 2: Place your child in the child safety seat, use the vehicle's 3-point safety belt to
secure the child seat and your child. Make sure the vehicle's seatbelt is well tightened and
that it is not twisted.
Installation method no.2: ISOFIX + vehicle's 3-point safety belt
For children weighing from 15 to 36 kg, FORWARD-FACING installation.
(Please refer to point 5.4: 'Removing the harness and the buckle')
Step 1: First of all, adjust the child safety seat in its most vertical position, then place it on
the rear seat of your vehicle.
Step 2: Use the ISOFIX clips to fasten the child safety seat into place. Make sure that they
are properly locked, the indicators for each clip should be green, then use the vehicle's 3-
point safety belt to secure the child seat and your child. Make sure the vehicle's seatbelt is
well tightened and that it is not twisted.
