Maximum relative air humidity: 90% at +30°C, 65% at

Handle tools with caution; keep tools in clean and
sharp condition and observe the tool manufac-
turer's instructions with regard to the use of cool-

commissioning
Before all work on the machine, it must
first be disconnected from the power sup-
ply.
Only a qualified person familiar with the safety regulations
may start up the machine.
Always conduct test runs without workpieces.
Check the sense of rotation before starting the machine.
The operator must make sure that the components are
integrated and operate safely in the machine.
Only a qualified person may connect the electrical power
supplies in accordance with the local regulations.
The local grounding regulations must be observed and
implemented, and this implementation inspected.
Do not start the machine until the spindle has come to a
stop.
Use only suitable tools, and never modify tools for an ap-
plication they have not been designed for.
After transport, all electrical and mechanical connections
must be examined for damage and loosening, and any
remedial measures taken.
The machine's working area must be unobstructed and
secured against unauthorized access.
When internal cooling is used, please observe the instal-
lation instructions issued by the manufacturers of the at-
10-10'000mm/min tachment and rotating union.

Remove both covers of the motor mount.
Release tension of belt tensioner and remove belt (1). Un-
screw M4 screw (2). Install desired toothed pulley pair in
the reverse sequence (3). Tighten down M4 screws to a
maximum of 3 Nm. Install appropriate belt and tension
lightly with belt tensioner.
