Recommendations

- Filling the Grain Silo Filler must be performed by
a grain semi-trailer truck or similar equipment, in
order to maintain a constant flow of the product,
thereby providing uniform filling and without air
bubbles.
- In order to attain an aligned filled bag, it essential
that the tractor, move while being filled, keeping a
straight line path.
- Respect the stretching limit as defined by the bag
manufacturer's limit, thereby avoiding breaking
during the filling process.
- Avoid continual changing of the brake
adjustment during the filling process.
- Keep a minimum distance of 1.50 meters
between bags.
- Keep animals away, in order to avoid any
possible damage.
- Comply with the recommended moisture limits
as defined by the bag manufacturer.
- Do not exceed the final filling mark on the bag.
- Keep the surrounding areas clear around the
bag.
- The lower the moisture content of the grains, the
better the conservation and longer storage time is
achieved.

Cutting the bag

If it is necessary to cut the bag before completely
filling it, as the grain filling type or variety is
changed, change of location etc., proceed as
follows:
So, when finishing the feeding, release the Grain
Silo Filler brakes, open the pump valve (B) and
the pressure valve (A).

Start the tractor and move it away slowly, until
you notice there is not more cereal inside when
touching the bag. Beginning from that point,
move ahead about 2 meters and proceed in
cutting the bag.
Cut it first in the vertical direction (standing up)
and afterwards the lower part.
