Maintenance

Your NSG-9200 requires a minimum of
maintenance to keep it operating perfectly and
long-lasting. Therefore, some preventive
maintenance procedures are essential:
- Keep the machine clean from debris of material;
- Keep the transmission belts properly tightened;
- Keep the machine properly lubricated;
- Keep the brake system in good condition;
- Replace won or damaged brake lining.
WARNING
Disconnect the power take-off from the
tractor before performing any adjustments,
lubrication and/or maintenance on the
machine.
Make sure there is not movement before
touching any part of the machine. Keep the
maintenance are clean. Wet or oily floors are
slippery and can be dangerous.
Always park the machine in a flat location and
place shims under the wheels.
When replacing screws and nut, always use
the same specifications as the original.
Before turning on the machine, check if the
shielding protections are installed.
During the first 48 hours of operation, constantly
observe the belts and retighten them as
necessary.
After the first 10 hours of operation, retighten all
the fastening screws.
AIR VENTS
After filling the bag, the grains will consume
available oxygen, thereby an atmosphere rich in
carbon dioxide will be generated, preventing the
respiratory process and assuring optimal
conservation of the deposited grains.
During the filling process, a large amount of the
existing air inside the bag is vented out by the
pipes present in the machine. It is necessary to
keep these vents unblocked in order to
guarantee the removal of the air.
